N7105 are cheaper, well from what I saw on the bay.
 
before i pull the triger and buy one of these, is there anything i should be aware off if i am buying one from the rainforest or from digitalrev(hong kong)

Well in 4 days you can get the Xperia Z, which is largely better.

In 2 weeks you can get the HTC One which is better still.

When you can get the HTC One, the Galaxy S4 will most likely have been announced (14th March).

So, unless the phone must be the size of the Note II, it's very wise to wait. The Xperia Z for example is 5", and the S4 could be too.
 
As I mentioned in another thread, I can't see any phone this year coming out wiping out the Note II.
 
Once the GS 4, htc one and X phone are out, there won't be anything that will be "much" better than it till this time next year again (or till the nexus 5, in November probably)

The note II is a superb phone but IMO if a big screen, S-pen and excellent battery life aren't too much of a concern then the htc one, GS 4 will better this phone overall by a good bit.

Either way, it does no harm waiting for another 2-3 weeks to see what is what.

It'll be the ultimate phone to have on 3 lte unlimited data for the same price as 3g, with the battery and screen to support that data.
 
Only areas that would be applicable realistically is the weather proofing and native screen resolution which are both expected of any high end phone this day onwards really. Apart from that though the rest is just what you'd expect from a modern phone. We've come to the point where smoothness is no longer an issue and neither is gaming performance so these things no longer apply when comparing phones on the whole.

I have found that Orange UK sell the LTE version, so I could buy it there & then get it unlocked.

Galaxy S4 announced on March 14th. Waiting is a no brainer.
 
I've only had this since thursday, but I am absolutely in love with it. It's not just the the size and quality of the screen that's got me though, I love how S-Pen works with everything. I can't see me switching to another phone now, except maybe to the Note 3. :p
