That depends, cant say what Apple are going to bring to market, and not always but sometimes they can really surprise with some kind of innovation.

TBH coming from Apple smartphones im surprised by the attention one phone on Driod can get right across the board, with their being that many choices.

It wont be anything really special, it will match this on hardware specs using the iPad2 internals, 8MP camera, 1080p, 64GB version.

The screen size changing is the most interesting thing, could be a 3.7" or 4" screen.

That is all they need to do. We'll see though!
 
Hows people playing mkv's back? I cant get any sound outa mine with rock mobo or standard player. Mobo cant even play it back smooth. Iv tried converting using handbrake but the player couldnt even open it after. Theres gotta be an easy way.

The SGSII doesn't support DTS so make sure the mkvs are encoded with AC3 or the like. Rumour is if you hook it up via MHL to a receiver that support DTS it will decode it so here's hoping...
 
Right, my S2 buzzes in my earpiece when callers are talking to me with volume above 75%, and my wifi fluctuates between 2-3 bars when I'm sat 2m away from my router.

Anybody else got this behaviour?

Also, are you playing back using software mode or hardware mode?

Yeah I was really annoyed, and am being very impatient wanting mine back, post office says they got it on Saturday morning, and they've still not got the return registered on my account, I was hoping I'd have it back tomorrow, but not a chance!

Tbh, the wifi is up and down, though it's never dropped out, so I can't say I paid that much attention to the signal strength.
 
Just got one of these babies on Three, must say I am over the moon!! Come from an Orange San Fran which got me into android :)

Quick question about the default lock screen wallpaper, I changed it to a different one but there is no option to change back to the default, any ideas anyone?

Maybe I'm stupid here but what's the fuss about this charged notification. If I put my phone on silent all night I won't hear it, correct? But my alarm will still work won't it?
 
Another question!

I am using the supplied headphones. Is there any instructions on what the button can be used for on the controls? I must admit - the only thing I really miss about my iPhone was the volume controls on the phones and the one long hold to activate voice instructions...
