Oh great, why are we talking about the Iphone again? The anti-apple fanboys will go nuts. Can't go to any tech site without encountering them. They say apple fanboys are annoying, but that macrumors thread seemed pretty decent, and the anti-apple brigade are way more annoying, and not confined to some mac-only site. It's really all in their heads that there are a lot of apple fanboys on the internet, as well as the posers who pretend to be one for giggles. Just because someone likes Apple in real life and only knows that one brand and doesn't bother to explore others because they have real life stuff to do, doesn't make them fanboys. They also don't flood the internet either. That's what lifeless tech geeks do, the ones who usually hate Apple because they can't tinker with their stuff and consider their products "simplistic". The ones that should know better but act like fools instead are the worst.

Most "anti-apple fanboys" do not hate Apple because they are fanboys. They're smart enough to realise how much of a bad company Apple is, and not just because they're so closed. If i was to list all the things i'd be here all day. I dont purchase Apple products because the company is against everything i stand for.
And there was nothing "decent" about the mac rumours thread, everything the OP has said has been rated down, whether it's true or not, just because he has been blasphemous and mentioned the S2 is a better phone his own kind has turned on him. Really immature.

Are you referring to me or someone else? If me then you couldn't be more wrong, I was merely posting the link as something to have a laugh at on how fanboys and anti-fanboys are dishing it out over rubbish.

You didn't get as far as page 3, then - the OP was caught trolling over at XDA.
On the other hand, there's some choice quotes of Appletardation in that thread:

Honestly all the fan boy crap on both sides makes me laugh, i'm just happy I have a choice and i'm glad apple pushed the boundaries, even though I'd never buy one of their products.
My wife has a problem with the calendar app on her GS2. She's created loads of appontments on google.com, all colour-coded so she knows at a glance what's what.
The problem with the phone is it just loads all her appointments in one colour, kinda negating the point of having colour-coded them in the first place!
It's her first smart phone, and this was one of the major things she was hoping to use her phone for.
Does anybody know of a way to get the standard android calendar app on the phone, or at least know of a good one from the market that will show the different colours?
EDIT: Scratch that, standard app doesn't show the colours either. So anybody know of an app that will?

I very much prefer the Android Market to the App store - way more free and useful apps. I hate the way when you choose an app on app store and it takes you to the desktop to show its downloading - then when you go back to the app store you lose the place that you were previously - it defaults back to the beginning.
Don't like Itunes either. I much prefer drag and drop and organising my own folders etc.

I updated to ke2 and got the force close message on boot . Yes im with orange although I got it unlocked from mobiles.co.uk

i don't own any apple products, as i hated itunes on a pc! but they do make some nice stuff, but im 100% android although would never bother arguing with iclones, i just like android and that's my defence
Its weird, I don't understand how an Orange SIM can interfere with an Unbranded handset.

to be fair, the colour coding is a new feature of google calender, so some apps may take a while to update. have a look on the market for calenders https://market.android.com/
loads out there that just extract your data from google, im sure one would have updated to the new colour scheme and the others will no doubt follow.

Tbh, i'd have preferred to see a video where it was dropped at angles that were more than horizontal, and without a case. To really "see what its made of".
