****The Official Samsung Galaxy S II Thread***

Go with Three if you need good data deals, you cant really fault The One Plan (as long as you've got good Three coverage, most places have).

Jolly good!

Unless you want 3D, this phone has got nearly all bases covered, if it gets proper XDA support, it will be fantastic.

I got an e-mail from mobiles.co.uk last night inviting me to pre-order a Galaxy 2. They recommended a deal with Orange. The mobile was free, 750MB Internet, unlimited texts and 600 any network minutes. 2 year contract @ £35 PCM.

No news on the Orange web site. Will Orange offer a better deal themselves?

Think I may go for it.

The Contract will include a % subsidy to apply to a handset, the website will offer what handsets they can into that subsidy.

Its why the likes of Buymobilephones.net can offer handsets for free on contracts with companies that dont even list that phone on their website.

For instance, they are offering the LG Optimus x2, for free, on an 18 month contract on T-mobile 600 mins, 500 texts, unlimited internet, £30.

Give it a couple of weeks and you can get the same on the Galaxy s 2 and save yourself some cash.

Mobiles.co.uk have informed me that they are expecting this to be in stock on or before the 25th of April.

Here's hoping.

I'm gonna try and justify one of these around summer time, not sure if I'll be able to do it though because my Nexus S already zips along Gingerbread, it's hard to imagine it being any faster.

Gives me till summer to see what competition comes out I spose!
