I can wait a few weeks, my price with envirophone for my GS2 lasts until 9th June though..
 
That's the problem, by the time it's out you'd be better off selling it in classifieds as they won't offer more than £200 due to offering £210 today :/

I'm considering it, although mines got quite bad screen burn so I'm not sure I'd get much more than £200 privately anyway.

My GF said a white one wouldn't suit me......who am I to dare to argue :p

Srsly tho, got the guy in the local Orange shop to fire a white one up for me at lunch time (display one didn't have battery). It felt nice and looked good but didn't feel really special. The white colour was ok, but not me....can see why some love it though.

I handed it back, thanked him and told him I didn't want it.

I'm happy to wait for a blue one from Play.

Ah yeah there is that too I guess!

2 relatives have had their S3s delivered today, I’m being mocked on W hatsapp with pictures…
My dad’s one will be arriving tomorrow I think so I’ll have plenty of time to play around on one at least and learn the new features fully.
 
Ahh, mine got delivered today, its sitting at home for me to go and tinker when i finish work! Lovely!
 
Mine will probably be delivered on Friday as Play will be getting stock in tomorrow.

Will get my rooting research done tonight, I want to root before I do anything to the actual phone.
 
Well went into the Westfield stratford Sammy store, they have no blue ones as its been mentioned earlier...the guy said about 2-3 weeks hopefully they will have the blue ones in stock.

£549 sim free and they had a few white ones on display. Sorry but the white just isnt that good looking, the led looks absolute rubbish, not very bright and looks washed out in all honesty...i dont know if it will be the same on the blue version but honestly i wasnt that impressed with the white one. Id go as far to say thet One X's led is much more brighter but maybe i didnt look hard enough ie if there is a brightness setting for the led notification light. From the handset i was looking at, it seems like the led is behind the white casing of the phone so it does shine through but like i said is hardly bright and looks very washed out.

Not interested in the white one at all, so ill wait for the blue one to be released...no real hurry as ive got my One X to keep me company for time being till i sell it. But i do like the software implementation on the S3, to me its definitely better optimised than Sense on the One X.

First thing I did was take a pic and whatsapp it to mates and cousins, some of whom pre-ordered ages ago and haven't got it yet. :p

I am very impressed with the S3 though, it certainly does not feel cheap quality to me, feels similar to the S2 in that respect, quite solid and well built. Doesn't have the premium feel to it like the iP4/4S but it still feels very nice to hold. Since I've been using a Galaxy Note for the past few months, I have no issues with the size of the S3, it feels really slim and light and is a very good size imo.

Scrolling through the menus and options is very fluid, the user experience is right up there. The camera takes pics instantly, unlike my Note. The screen hasn't blown me away but anyone coming from a tiddly iPhone screen should love this.
 
The white S2 with the capacitive button LEDs also looks washed out where the light bleeds around the button unlike the black one where it only goes through the seethrough bits on the button so yeah, that's another reason I'm always in two minds about white phones where lights are behind the white parts directly.

Yep theres that too, the capacitive buttons i found were hard to see even in the shop when lit up and there was light bleed around them. I suppose for most people it wont be an issue but compared to the blue one, it wasnt that nice.
