Nope, it wasnt a dream, the blue S3 really is delayed
Just spoke to Play.com and they said that they will get the white ones in tomorrow, and look to have the phones sent out on the friday :/ Surely they should be pushing to get them out straight away? :/ And because of the bank holiday and public holiday, I could be waiting until this time next week.

Play's customer service and delivering is notoriously poor.

That is bad. If they go on Friday you'll probably get them next Thursday.

Lady on the phone said it'll be sent out tomorrow, also wouldn't we get it on Saturday ?
I know play are poor, but I didn't really have any options on where to order... Work messed my pay up, and I had to scrape money together to get £500 in my account, and have to work for a stupid cheque to clear for the rest! So had to go somewhere with free delivery.
That's what I'm hoping for Deep, but the bloke definitely said not to expect until next week. If they ship out tomorrow using a courier, I'd be fairly confident of it getting here on time.. But I guess we'll see? :/

They (Yodel) had my phone yesterday, no status update until 10 this morning-looking like I wasn't going to get it until tomorrow, going from Yodel telling me this on the phone/twitter. Cue my epic half hour rant to CPWH, which left them conceding that they didnt know why it hadn't gone out today and would chase it up. Then it appears on the status that it was out for delivery at 14:24 (an hour before I called) and that it was "apparently" on a van this morning all along and it hadn't been tagged to say so.
Load of rubbish from both parties to be fair, but I've got it now and on my way home to get my geek on!
Don't you have to enable/setup in settings to use it.

What do you mean exactly?
You can hold down the home button to get multi tasking menu and swipe either left or right.
Settings>security>lock screen options>shortcuts
It looks like you just press to turn them on and off but it opens another page to change them
Setting up my new SGS3. 
I didn't want to wait for the blue one to come out and then realise I didn't like it. Would have waited if it was black and the screen blended into the edge of the phone like the S2 but thought the white looked stylish when I was in the store.
