Aside from the bloatware Some builds are having issues with copy & paste.

XXDLJ2 has just been released too, and is unbranded. Will probably see some new custom builds soon.

I am new to the game so never tried CM9. I bought my S3 with ICS/Touchwiz and flashed it to CM10, which has been my main rom since. It is rock solid stable. Just some features like wifi hotspot absent atm.

Small thing but I do like the new notification sounds that JB has (or maybe it is just Wanam?)

I now have Hojus for my SMS, Lalande for Email and Girtab for my ringtone (much more grown up sounding than a music track ).... Dew Drops is still my standard notification though for things like Google Now

All updated and rooted. Much loved improvement, so nippy! It's like ICS on speed

Have you tried enabling boot sound? this fixes a similar issue for me on omega

A friend of mine just got an s3 on orange on upgrade and is after selling it, the misses is after one but she's on T-mobile, are they normally locked and if so can I unlock it?

Sorry for the noob question but I don't know anything about phone unlocking rooting etc. I've got an s3 myself but perfectly happy stock

CM10 is different to the Sammy-based ROMs like Omega/Wanam, there is no boot sound - and no way to enable/disable it

On a separate note, ring/notification tones work fine, the external speaker is not the issue, it's the in-call sound - the earpiece that's silent

Not really a mod of sorts, but definately look at getting Cerebus set up on your device.

This was an error ages ago, some people fixed it by enabling/disabling touch key sounds.
