Mine is currently with the Samsung repair centre for this issue and another issue of screen tint. I sent it off on Monday and got a call from the centre today just seeking clarification on the issue. The guy said it was the first unit they’d received with the ghost touch issue, I told him to go google itLooks like my device does have the issue! Just tried the test!
This would explain the issues I was having typing!
Anyhow he has said that they are going to repair but needed to order the parts. Who knows if it’ll get sorted at all. I’m not all that bothered as I’m currently on an iPhone 12 and loving it.
As I’m beyond the return period I was hoping for a full warranty replacement then just whack it on the bay as a new unit.
