Received my black S20+ today direct from Samsung. I have been away up in Yorkshire since Saturday therefore purposely chose delivery for today. DPD alert via the app last night plus emails, arrived today before 10am. Won't have time to play until this evening, only put it on charge and back in the box until I get home.

For those claiming the buds+ ordered direct from Samsung, if you login to your order you can download an electronic invoice to upload with your claim. I'll be doing that this evening too. :D
 
Yes, go to settings, connections, mobile networks and network mode.

Cheers, that might save a bit of battery life.

So far it's seems like a good phone, though even with the 120hz mode and the bigger/better screen it's not a huge upgrade from my S9+, with the caveat that I've not had much chance to test out the camera yet.

I did take a night shot walking the dog through a pitch black park last night and was very impressed how that looked though - It made it almost look like daylight even if the detail wasn't all that.
 
For those with the ultra well it might effect the other s20s also a question. is there any plastic covering over the camera and around the edge of the phone or is it just the back of the phone i cant see any other than that.

Woo hoo, just had an acceptance email for the buds.

You on 3 by any chance? I'm in the same boat, ordered 26th Feb and no email despite 2 calls to them...

I phoned Three, several times and they eventually sent me the invoice and this was sent to Samsung who have now approved it.

For those who ordered from Samsung, when did you receive shipping details? My order changed to preparing dispatch on Monday I think but I still don't have anything else

I ordered 3 March, it didn't change until last night as I requested delivery today. You should get an email and/or DPD alert. I have the DPD app on my phone so get that info too. Had been saying preparing despatch for sometime though.

So they are sending shipping details the evening before delivery. Hopefully I get something through today then.
 
Guys I have a question. On my HTC android 9 if my phone was locked it wouldn't show message or emails etc what they said, I did need to activate it.

Where can I find it on s20+?

Just took delivery of my S20 today. First time user of android from iPhone. Enjoying getting used to the phone. Need to transfer number and contacts across tomorrow but overall enjoyable so far.

I'm struggling to get the MyO2 app working however... can anyone please help as I have no idea what the error means. It logs in fine on the website, its just the app that doesn't work.

Being on wifi or data doesn't make a difference.

I've known their app to be prone to crashing every so often when I was with them. I'd give it until tomorrow morning and see if that solves it. Alternatively wipe the app cache in case there's a gremlin in there somewhere.

Thanks for the suggestion although I would have no idea how to do that on Android currently ha. Got it working in the end by uninstalling and reinstalling. Turns out the auto-downloaded version when you setup the phone is an old non-working version now.

I need to buy some USB-A to USB-C cables for charging this thing with. Can anyone recommend a decent brand or set? Fast charge cables are preferable, I'm dubious of some of the cheap ones available on Amazon - do they have the potential to damage the battery?
