Yeah they're all nice extras, iOS has some nice stuff also and I do like the simplicity of their OS as I'm not doing any major tweaking or anything on Andriod. That damn FaceID and lack of high refresh rate is such a huge showstopper for me though.

FaceID is why the iPhone 7 was my last one, I just couldn't have a phone with only facial unlock. Then high refresh rate is something once you have had, you can't go back. Just like with monitors, once you go 144hz you couldn't go back to 60hz.
 
Got email from Amazon. Official Samsung S21 Leather case delayed for me, said won't come till 2nd of Feb.. Also though email say they've automatically added £10 credit to my account, nice.

Yes I had exactly the same email a minute ago!! luckily I ordered the official silicone one with the s pen and it still is on its way hopefully!!

I actually prefer the couple of days extra wait and the £10 :). £25 is a bargain after the tenner given back.

Indeed. In fact, I had £18 credit from a returned item on my account that I'd forgotten about, so it's costing me £7 :D #manmaths

Anyway, I'm not expecting the phone until Sunday so no big deal!
 
Is it just my s21 ultra, or is Do not disturb broken?
I go to settings>notifications but when I tap on Do not disturb, it takes me back to settings.

Its taken me ages setting everything up and i'd really appreciate it if someone could check before I do a factory reset please.

[Edit] nevermind, I factory reset and it appears to be functioning now

So far impressed with the phone however hope the battery improves on the s21 ultra.

Obviously it's still learning / optimising but the note 20 Ultra seemed a lot better even at this stage. With a smaller battery cell.

As I copied from my Snap Dragon Note 20 ultra I've most of my settings , cannot see any apps that are draining significant amounts of battery.

Just over 4 hours of SOT time with no gaming, some surfing, emails , YouTube etc. My note 20 Ultra SD would be getting 7.5 - 8 hours easily
 
Been setting up and playing with my s21+ all day and coming from an iPhone 11 Pro I'm loving it!!!

Much bigger screen and even though 1080p I'd never know the difference from a higher resolution. Looks stunning.
 
Mine still showing preparing to despatch (direct Samsung UK), nothing from DPD.

I assume it'll come Saturday, or Sunday as originally estimated.
