I've given in an ordered the 256gb in Titanium. Says 'Ships by Jan 28th 2021' next to phone line in receipt, but order process would only give me a delivery date of 14th February. When I was playing with my basket and going for the Black it was giving me this weekend. So I guess stock is now reducing the closer we get to launch, or the Titanium is a longer lead time.
What version did you get? 128, 256 or 512?

my tracking info still says awaiting confirmation of the date. but I have already had an update of dpd confirming my delivery for tomorrow. I do use the dpd app though.
Got mine first thing this morning after having an SD note 20 ultra and then Pixel 5.
Camera on this is brilliant, appear to have fixed the fuzzy/soft images on note 20 and S20, really crisp and accurate colours.
Fingerprint sensor a lot better then my S20+and note 20 ultra, more accurate and faster.
Screen is nice and almost flat.
Also love the free buds , overall really happy as it appears to have ironed out my main complaints over camera and poor updates on SD note 20 ultra.

Ordered on day of announcement and it said ships in 2 - 4 weeks. 2 weeks is bang on today so fingers crossed but it still says 'customising' on order tracker page.

My navy one is also still on customising too.
The buds and the tag also say 'Shipping requested - ships by Jan 28th 2021' too. So I'll be interest to see if they're updated before the end of today.

As someone who considered the other options (I ordered the second they went live on the website) I think it said those colours would be up to 4 weeks after release (i.e. up to 4 weeks from tomorrow). Part of the reason I went for Phantom Silver.

I'm coming from a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, I'm also really impressed, the camera is brilliant and a real upgrade from what I had. Really nice and slick looking phone, Youtube looks great, the speakers are nice.
Fingerprint sensor is quick and you don't need to apply pressure.

I haven't taken off the protective film from the back as they didn't deliver my case yet (same order from Samsung).
Just had the update pop up so installing that now, i'm already impressed with the camera so i'm interested what improvements have been made.

My black S21 Ultra 256GB arrived this morning from Samsung direct via DPD. Nice that the Buds Pro and Tag came in the box too and that you don't need to claim and wait for those. Also the Buds are black to match the phone unlike before when you only got white no matter what colour phone you ordered.
Yes, dual SIM as the box has IMEI1 and IMEI2 on it. I've not had a chance to do anything else except charge it and put my Spigen Tough Armor case on. Will have to wait until finished work to play.

Just received my 512GB Ultra S21 in black; will get it properly setup later; paired the Buds Pro to my Note 10 though and they seem pretty good; especially for Free!
