could you share some info please, Im getting some buds pro with my ultra ?
 
I've tried it but I'd be surprised if they accept.

- Can't actually find my order confirmation email
- Order confirmation page on web shows S21 so will probably give the game away

Ended up using my "your items are on the way" (or similar) email to say my buds shipped as my 'proof' but it says the proof should include order date (which my email does not)

Also says delivery note is acceptable but I binned mine

I provided the serial number from the buds pro and the invoice from my s21u purchase, submitted the claim and now waiting to see if it gets successfully validated by Samsung

There's a thread on Hot UK Deals. All the info is there.

I'd go so far as to say it shouldn't work, but people are succeeding, so why not try?

My buds have not arrived yet so I cant provide a S/N but let me know if you have any luck.
 
My thoughts, the S21U upgrading from a S8.

After waiting 4 years I thought it would be a good time upgrade considering my s8 had a few cracks and broken front camera and enough changes to be considered a upgrade

I've only opened the phone today after having it waiting at home since last month, Ive not even finished setting it up, I ended up going for the silver because the two tone looked good in a image and I was misplace my phones so thought it may stick out.

First of all I did not expect it too be such a huge difference in size and weight even compared to the s10+ ive used before it feels like another beast. more of a 2 handed phone for me, till or if I get used to it

I was quite disappointed to realise it does not come with a charger or ear buds considering the price and the fact my old phone is a s8, I don't know if Samsung know but when people change phones they also give the old charger with the old phones. also the cable provided seam to be shorter then before. Im fine using the s8 for now but what do I do when I give it away ?


Im not too worried about the SD card slot, it was a good bonus if they kept it, the only down side is I went for the 128gb model and i'm already used up almost 40% transferring data now my thoughts are do I keep it as is or contact vodafone to see how much more it would cost me for the 256gb model.

I dont know if the phone has a pre applied screen protector like some have suggested but I was a bit worried about damaging it like my s8 so I got a screen protector locally but turns out its a load a of rubbish I cant use the finger print scanner or and the touch is not a s good so will end up removing it.

I was only able to get a cheap gel case locally but due to size the case is a little to slippery



My questions to you guys
Have you guys put a case and protector on to protect your new phone ?
If so what are you using ? im looking for something slim with good grip so I can get use to the phone, I was hoping for clear so I can see the phone

what setting and changes have you made to your phone ?
did you order a new charger ?

You'll have your screen protector on top of the factory fit one which is why it'll be complete rubbish.
I've got the official Samsung silicone case on mine, thin enough that it doesn't bulk out an already large phone but gives grip and seems sturdy enough to provide some drop protection, amazon had them for about £17
 
Just a little gutted. The earliest date I could choose for delivery of my phone was Sunday, 14th February. Didn't really concern me, as we get deliveries on Sundays nowadays, don't we? Anyway, this morning I get emails saying it's coming Tuesday. Arrgghhh.

Doh! That wasn't for my Ultra, that was for my son's S21 that isn't supposed to be coming until the 22nd. He'll be made up. Still no sign of mine at all. Still says customising. :(
