*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S4 Thread ***

You peeps with Samsung phones do know you can train the phone to answer calls by simply saying a word that you program in right? :p None of this waving to answer stuff!

Lol you could easily monetise your phone operation knowledge, there must be loads of 35+ wealthy professionals who need phone instruction to fully enjoy their £500 phones who'd gladly pay just like they would a driving instructor, in London obviously nowhere else oh and america.

People use these for phone calls these days? ;)

I'm still in an undecided state, I know I want one just because... but I think a trip to a store to feel one up is the only way to sway me completely. If I had the S3 still I'd have said yes 110% to the S4 but the Note 2 makes things extremely difficult as the S4 "upgrade" means sacrificing the benefits of a Note. Something I make good use of.

I need convincing!

Really like the fact that theres no on screen buttons and the physical dimensions stay the same as the s3, that along with the touchwiz features stand out for me.

Still im happy I bought the XZ, nothing special about the One or S4 that makes me think I made a mistake.

I still think it comes down to personal preference, although there are gonna be some people who will slate you for simply choosing *that* phone just because etc. I do however agree with mrk that "I'm still in an undecided state, I know I want one just because... but I think a trip to a store to feel one up is the only way to sway me completely" these are my thoughts too, but looking at the One and the Z, they just don't look as good spec wise as the S4.

Just my* opinion though.

* please feel free to slate me :-P

Personally I wouldn't move from the note II, superb device and will still be as good, if not better depending on what you do/want. The main advantage over the note II for me would be 1080P 5" screen compared to 720P 5.5"

GS 4 doesn't excite me at all except the screen size being in a smaller body and 1080P SAMOLED (only thing that I prefer of it compared to the one)

The new trend of phones that are due out or out now is the size of the phone...a 5" screen is HUGE compared to my S2 and I thought that was big in my hand/pocket, will just have to get used to the S4 (just need to buy jeans with a bigger pocket lol).

Unless you happen to buy very strange jeans then the S4 will fit no problem :p

My partner just has normal boot cut Primark £10 jeans and he has to take his S3 out of his pocket when he sits down because it's too big. I can see Hugo's point; smaller phones are much more comfortable and manageable.

lol my s3 used to fit in all my jeans pockets quite easily even the ones that were tight. Even my XZ fits fine.

not much there to convince IMHO. Same old...

I think it's going to be a case of the N2 being in my possession for quite a while yet. I'll just fall back to what I initially wanted to do anyway, wait until the bendy screen phones are out.

And there I was ready to pre-order the S4 :o

Even the Note and Note II are big, but what the heck I'm still gonna buy the S4 upon release, is it still late Apr?

Tell him to try the Note2 when sitting, it's like having a damn Fassbender in your pocket :D

Although tempted by a new model, it's equally tempting to keep my Note2 for now (it does everything I want and more!). Maybe I'll root it and have a play around with other roms :)
