Anyone in the construction trade got the edge, and I mean on site getting dirty, not a clipboard warrior.

Watched a few drip tests and that but I'd like a hands on view. Only thing stopping me pull the trigger
 
I have noted most of you are getting better battery life than me. I haven't really in detail disabled specific apps and what not and I assume neither have you all.

I have 3 emails syncing, whatsapp, snapchat, facebook, facebook messenger, Google now, s health, onedrive sync, instagram and Google Keep. I get about a long day (14 hrs) with about 2.5 hr screen on time. On data most of the time.

I have enabled battery saving for most apps.

Facebook is a known battery killer on Android. Just use your browser and save it as a favourite.

If your job is anything like mine then any smart mobile phone is going get very tatty & damaged very quickly if you keep it on you...
And that also includes even if it in a case..

I must have tried just about every kind of case (pouches,Flip/wallet cases/hard cases and none of them can stop my mobiles from being damaged if I keep them on me)

For last few years my mobile phones now always stay in my work bag...

How come mine didn't come with a wall charger or USB cable...:confused::(

Was it a UK 3 pin wall charger that came with yours ?

And mrk could you post a picture of the packet your wireless charger came in to see if it the same packet as mine came in..

Does anyone know how to get rid of the voicemail notification if you don't have any messages. All I can find online is that you need to clear out the PRN but that only seems to be for US phones.
 
Looking for some app advice. Ive been using 'Silence premium' to automatically mute my phone during meetings however it uses the in built 'calendar', which my Nexus 5 had, the S7 doesnt have this and uses Samsungs 'S Planner' which silence premium cant see and its therefore not muting my phone automatically based on my calendar. Any workarounds or suggestion for alternative apps?

Im also using 'Light Manager' to stop the LED flashing at night however it seems to come on fine at the scheduled time but halfway through the night i get woken up by a flashing LED, again any suggestions for an app that works? Ive seen Lightflow mentioned but would like to know if it works/can has this function before i splash out on it.

Wtf! Is that from a UK store? Mine certainly came with a charger and cable!

My review is done though and wll be live later today, will link when it does. Mine is from mobilefun and they sent US versions for review whereas they said the UK ones are exactly the same, just with the UK fast charger block.
 
Mine is exactly the same as yours chaparral and bought from a UK store. No fast charger plug or cabled included - which for the price is a bit poor from Samsung.
