They're burnt into the screen on my son's Moto X so I'd prefer hard buttons

That's AMOLED screens, will happen with the time on the top as well.

I really liked software keys on my Nexus, but am perfectly happy with a physical key on my S7.

I don't think I mind much either way, I think physical makes more sense if there is room for it as otherwise its a waste of screen space. However if they're having software keys because the bezel is nice and thin then that's all good.

Don't think they'll bother here (UK) as EE, Voda and co aren't right keen on you using their competitors network as well as their own. But yes I'd be interested in dual sim. Nearly bought a Oneplus 3 for that reason. Better speakers would be good too.

That just looks like it would be a nightmare to hold, they would need to up their palm-rejection considerably for that design to be in the slightest way useful.
