Great flight last night guys, after vuvuzela stopped faffing about!! :) Which ORBX NA scenery do you both have? would be nice to do some exploring at some point :)

Let me know when you are available for the weekend and you can teach me how to fly the 777

I don't normally fly out of the busier airports and I don't normally fly at night. All that changed yesterday! :p

We flew from Manchester to Guernsey in the Dash 8 on Vatsim. For me and MrRoper, it was a smooth flight. For Vuvuzela it was a different story. I hear he jettisoned all the Passenger Satisfaction Feedback forms over Macclesfield.

I have Orbx - FTX: NA Blue USA/Canada Pacific Northwest. So a trip from San Diego to Vancouver may be a good-un.

As for teaching you the T7, when you have an aircraft so automated that if your Packs are on when you start an engine, it will turn them off for you, and then back on, I don't think there's a lot I can pass on. :(
 
Don't worry Vuvuzela made up for it with a greaser of a landing :) I heard that the passengers even clapped.

So I have just succumbed and bought NA Blue and the realair Lancair :) looking forward to having a look around all the nooks and crannies.

Thats it now, no more purchases until I decide on either PFPX or the new EFB

I have Orbx PNW so lets do it. It's great flying around there.

Can maybe do a flight tonight can get on around 9ish? If not, can do something Saturday or Sunday.

I'm around tonight If you fancy a trip around PNW in the lancair? it will let me get used to the aircraft and see some scenery.

Thought I'd share some screens from my first flight in a long time. It's the Eaglesoft Citation X early morning flight from Luton to Berlin. Had the aircraft since it came out years ago and it's a bit of a love/hate relationship! Very tricky to control the speed sometimes as there's no autothrottle, it can easily get away from you. All the procedures and FMC are very simple though, great to learn on :)

I'm using Opus for weather and looking back at the shots it didn't seem to give me any nice cloud cover/big clouds, is that down to what i've chosen in REX perhaps? Seems like AS next is the one to have these days...

Beautiful shots mate, im not sure on the weather side of things im using ASN and love it so far. It might be worth speaking to vuvuzela as he has tried both now and might have an opinion :)
