It would be nice, some of those features are extremely easy to implement but probably not on their roadmap atm. Stats for example, are already stored in a database somewhere, it's already being tracked.. just a matter of pulling out the information and presenting it, easy.

There was talk of starting a kick starter to gather the funds to get some extra features built into the game, but that would take a lot of organising and not even sure if HiRez would be OK with it.

All pretty small, but all add up.
 
One of the huge bugs that really shocked me is when I tried to purchase gold using a credit card. I noticed that there were plenty of fields however apart from the pick lists it was difficult to tell what was required.
 
what would you recommend for a capper perks wise? I have 400G and 20000xp to spend and I'm really enjoying capping (read: trying to cap) and can get 200+ on a semi regular basis but this is the one area I haven't invested anything into.
 
Just started playing this, got the starter pack in the steam sale. Got to say I'm surprised at how great the game feels.. can see myself spending lots of time with this game!

throwing knives are pretty good i think. Mainly its job is to take down gens and knife snipers.
 
The throwing knives are rather awesome I use them allot just to finish people off. I would say the jackal is still slightly OP, a lot better than it was anyway :p .is it still banned in competitive play?
 
I've really gotten into this the past couple of days, it's ace. But I'm bloody terrible at it :p I used to love the original Starsiege Tribes game too.

Just dropped a few quid on gold to get the assassin bundle, purely because it looks cool.

I'm a terrible person aren't I.
 
I can't get this game working at all. Whenever i click play i just get a black screen and my pc stops responding, have to reboot. I also installed it a few months back and couldn't play it then either, got to the log in screen but couldn't log in or play, have no idea what's wrong. Anyone else had this problem?

I did, when I upgraded my monitor the problem stopped.
unfortunately that's the only fix I found that sorted it for me. sorry I couldbn't be more help, go to the high-rez website there are a couple of fixes on there.

Same here. I'm surprised more of my steam friends aren't playing it! :confused: Do we know what the ratio of people playing it via steam is?

Also are there any more generic "must buy" items? For example, the Falcon for the Sentinel seems like an obvious purchase, also the LMG for the Juggernaught..?
 
I need to start learning some routes, any caps I have are shear luck that I was in the right place.
can you transfer gold in tribes, seeing as there are a fair few of use it might be worth all chipping in to get a server.or even just a paypal to someone who will buy gold to get it.
 
can you have more than one person on the training, it'd be good to have some help on some of the route, entry is enerally okay but it's the exit run than I usually hit something and splatter
