Yeah, that's what I've read too. The end goal is to probably have all 360 games available to play on the One.

Does this mean i can download and play Outrun which i had digitally on my 360 back in the day ?

Eventually, yea.

Any 360 game will be downloadable. If you have it on disc, you need the disc in the drive, if its digital, your already good to go.

At least thats what I am getting from it.

Just tried playing Battleblocks Theatre, does take awhile to load the 360 emulator, but when game loads, its exactly like on the 360. Cloud saves works spot on, no lag for this game.

No, but sometimes you might not be able to party chat with them (rarely).
