Mines showing as delivery on the 22nd September :p

Guess they are waiting for the next batch of refurbs to come in. At least they are being pretty good about returns, any issues and they'll send out a replacement.

Has anyone tried XBOX streaming yet? I was wondering if any of you had got it working outside your home?

I can use it fine when both devices are connected to the same network but I just get an error launching your game when trying it away from home. No menu or anything.

Does seem random. Unusual for Amazon tbh

I did read people saying depends on depot but I've had stuff dispatched from all over counter and even from abroad (UK order) when suits so not sure depot lottery would make much sense

My replacement console was set for delivery on the 8th, now reduced down to the 3rd.

Seems like a weird postcode lottery going on, some moving further out, some sooner depending on depot I guess.

Sorry slight hijack; when streaming from your local console does it offer profiles to select or just run off the main profile?

I only have the one profile on the xbox.
Ok thanks, I'm desperate to understand this... I currently use streaming boxes (nviida shields etc.) for the kids to play games on streaming from a PC but it doesn't do windows profiles so was hoping the xbox may be more suited.

Awesome, thank you. I currently use Parsec and Steam Remote Play to stream my games from the PC to my android TV devices (all wired 1gbe connections) - what is the quality of the xbox local streams?

Pretty poor even on maximum quality settings, and noticeable input lag due to the slow compression methods.

hmmm not promising; I'm used to Parsec which is a low latency streaming software but it does sacrifice qaulity... nVidia Gamestream is better but at a latency cost... oh well the kids won't care and I've still got my higher powered PC which I use!

Maybe it’s better on the next gen console, but it’s not great in the One X.
