They seem really polished yea, I love it when the Big Daddy's give the splicers a nudge, sends them flying like ragdolls and landing like a sack of ****. :D
 
The graphics do look a lot more polished, general look is better than any video I've seen before.

Would the big attachment on the side of the revolver be something special or just extended rounds? either way it looks pretty cool :).
 
Don't kill me when I say this but Bioshock doesnt look as great as the reviews say in my opinion... The graphics are admittedly awesome but I don't get whats so appealing... Is there a great storyline? Whats so special about it? Clue me in guys :)

It basically follows the formula of the System Shock games. If you can find yourself a copy of those games and play through them you will get a good idea of why Bioshock is so anticipated. It's all in the atmosphere.

I should be getting a copy of either XBOX 360 mag or PC Gamer shortly, so I'll be able to read them, however I've only currently seen video, pictures and the ratings :p
 
I have never pre-ordered before... does the product ordered tend to arrive on hte day of release? If not, would just pop into a store somewhere to get it.
 
2 weeks away! Getting very excited now. The latest videos look very polished and very impressive. I only hope it is as good as the review in PC Gamer made it out to be. 95% has to mean something I'm guessing! :)
 
Well sorry to bring console chatter into here, but I see the official XBOX 360 mag has given it a perfect 10/10 :O It HAS to be good :p

Loads of publications have given it 10/10 now, 95% from PCGamer is actually the lowest score we've seen so far.
 
Hi chaps,

I really want this game, but I don't know whether it will run on my laptop. It's a Pentium M 1.73, 1Gig Ram, Geforce Go6800 graphics.

I'm not bothered about high settings or anything, but will it run at all?

You will probably get away with running it low-med settings, RAM and CPU might let it down abit though
