So she had sex with him a while after and shared a bed with him months later openly in view of other friends...

And was in a open relationship with her boyfriend at the time but only with other women.

Well she is now saying she didn't mean to cause his all this hassle and just wanted to share an experience so it sounds like it might have been a bit of bandwagon-hopping that has spectacularly backfired or at least got out of control. :confused:

Given that the guy moped off instead of forcing himself on her after she spurned him, it seems a bit cheap given the far more serious and obviously traumatic incidents that many people are coming forward with recently.

To be fair to her I think she posted it privately within her Facebook friends group and didn’t name him until pressed and the someone screen capped it and shared so she’s probably telling the truth. She could have honestly felt that way and she might be right but I can’t get my head around if you felt that way why would you have a sexual relationship with the same guy later and even after that share a bed with him openly at a event you were invited to.
 
Seemed to me, it was the typical rant on Facebook fishing for "u ok hun" replies. She was always going to leak his name.
 
They obviously had a very complicated relationship.

And she decided to voice her story with this whole weird #MeToo rubbish.

What I find annoying with all this, is all these attention seeking people going on there saying "permaban me please" and the posts on twitter, do I account suicide or ask for a ban? How about option 3, don't go seeking attention and just don't post there anymore?

Edit2: NuGaf isn't going to be run by the same mods either, they are just there for consultation.

It's astonishing how fickle and easily manipulated people can be on the internet by a single statement, in picture form; on the internet.
Too many people take everything said from their own opinion and it shows how sad a world we live in.

I don't think anyone is prepared to get that much hate and know how to respond accordingly, because to some people there is no right way.

Whatever happened, it's wrong for us to act on opinion like it actually has any weight to the conversation and should be left to the authorities.
Personally if I knew as a matter of fact what happened; did not; there's the massive issue of how many website repeated the information as fact like some social media platform nonsense; libel and all that.

Seems neither party right now want to actually follow through with anything.
 
I actually lurked around Neogaf for the first time after reading this thread today. People being banned left, right and center haha.
 
Well in the gaming community SteamGAF was the best GAF.

It's a shame that there was no salvaging this to stop the community fragmenting, and I wonder what will become of all these disparate splits.

well in the same way you can have rape in marriage and consensual sex both before and after the time the rape or rapes took place

Disagree, that stuff started venturing in more and more to the gaming side. Christ I even remember someone being furious for pages that 'Winston' was the name of the gorilla in overwatch as apparently in the UK it is a common racist term for a black person?

Also ignoring the recent outing of one of evilore's scummy moves he was still a horrific person beforehand and was only a detriment to that forum (he banned the 'soccer' community for over a year because they mentioned his past), its a pity because there was some decent communities despite the creeps that were heavily embedded within the place.
