Only overlay running is the Adrenaline suite one.

It happened all the time in Red dead, I think I was on Vulkan. I'll do some proper testing when I'm home from work.

The windows disconnecting sound when starting games I found more strange to be honest.

Roll on the weekend, I'll have a decent chunk of time to try and sus what's going on

Got to sort the cables out, seems like the Merc has the PSU cables the other way round from the reference so my cables are used to going the other way.

Omg so jealous. This is my dream card. Last XFX card I had was the ATI HD 4890.

Awesome!!! Love what you’ve done with the mba card! Must have taken nerves of steel to put the water block on! Bet it overclocks like a mofo.. were you worried about voiding the warranty?

I have the same issue. It is extremely frustrating. I returned a dark hero because of the issue and I am looking to switch back to an intel system.

Early doors impressions, clocks similar to my MBA design, perhaps marginally better due to lower overall temps. Not as quiet as the MBA design, really makes me realise what a great reference card the MBA, it cannot be beaten on the noise front. Looks the part.

Strange, now you mention it, I have the USB disconnect/connect sound every now and again, in game.
not to the point where its annoying though.

Yes, tuning a RX 6000 series graphics card is much like making love to a beautiful woman.

It's important not to rush, but with a bit of patience and subtle tweaking - it can be very satisfying.
