Nice one, installing that now, just want to see what all the fuss is about, 61gb blimey!Marvel rivals is a free game
ended up buying spiderman remastered from cd keys for £20 but its a fun little game
my Dell monitor is freesync and G-syncSwapped out my 3090FE for my Gigabyte 9070XT OC, looking forward to a day of tinkering.
Performance uplift won't be huge (maybe 20-30%) but cost should be minimal. Will miss RTX HDR, that's very cool, and I've got a Gsync ultimate monitor, which I think should play fine with Freesync.
I've got the original 34" QD-OLED with the hardware Gsync module, my reading suggests it shouldn't be an issue.my Dell monitor is freesync and G-sync
After having spent a few days playing with my 9070 XT, overall quite pleased with it's VFM even at £60 over MSRP.
However, my biggest tip is forget GPU upgrades and spend the money on an OLED TV/Monitor instead.
Either my 4090 or 9070 XT look amazing on my oled but much flatter on my LG 4k 165 Hz monitor, which cost £800 3 years ago.
OLED monitors seem to be about 5-£600, will prob get one around black friday.

Just did a dirty little test in ONCE human with everything maxed @ 1440p UW with my 9070 prime
PL +10% / -50mv = 255Watts, rough 140 FPS
PL -30% / -90mv = 160watts, rough 124fps
Seriously, 160watts for rough 12% performance loss. Seriously good performance for such a low power envelope. Means the entire system draws less than 260 watts + monitor when gaming!
True - however they didn't push the MSRP price to the same as that of the 5070Ti - rather keeping it 20% below.Yeah AMD pushed well beyond peak efficiency to get 5070Ti performance so the amazing efficiency wasn't captured in the 9070XT reviews but was spotted in the 9070 reviews.
Yup very happy for the price.True - however they didn't push the MSRP price to the same as that of the 5070Ti - rather keeping it 20% below.
