Pre-order?
It says arrives May/June or when available. As usual with the rainforest it will normally just ship when they get stock. If it doesn't ship by end of month I will probably cancel.

Gutted I missed it at £569 as my card had to txt me a code and it went oos after I put the code in.

That’s the only thing that puts me off ordering from there. Just saw a Nitro + XT pop up for £660 but it says delivery 1st May. Would obviously be much sooner than that, but it puts me off not having a reasonable timeline.

I’ll probably just order off here in the next couple of days. Shouldn’t be long judging by the product page. Going from 7900XTX.

Yea the date stated isn't the best but Amazon don't tend to do pre-orders so I thought I would chance it. I can keep an eye elsewhere knowing I at least have one for £619 if it turns up. Didn't really want to pay more than £569 but I think that price may never happen again until a sale happens.

Not sure if they’ve changed it, but I swear they didn’t used to charge until it was preparing for dispatch. But they’ve just tried to charge me straight away when I checked out. No way am I tying up that sort of money with no sort of timeline.

Used to be great when they didn’t charge straight away as you could use it as a placeholder

to get the pre order price they would want payment now

Umm. Have ordered quite a lot of components etc from them in the past and they didn’t usually take payment until dispatch.

If they gave a reasonable sort of timeline, I’d definitely do it. But not tying up that money if not. I’ll just order from here I reckon. Nitro + XT shouldn’t be more than a week judging by the product page.

I've had an order in for a Pulse and Pure for over a week from there. They don't take payment until it's dispatched but they do put a temporary pending charge on your payment method.

I just banged it on a CC and if they dont dispatch within 30 days I will cancel so I dont pay any interest. Once it has shipped I will just pay the full amount off once it has arrived.

I sold my 7900XTX for £750 so happy to pay close to that for a Nitro + XT, or pocket a small difference. Have seen my mates one with my own eyes and the difference FSR4 makes is truly staggering. It’s worth it for that alone. If you get a good OC sample then you can actually match a 7900XTX in raster, or even surpass it in some games

Thats definitely a plus then with some change over.

Im just looking for a nice bump over my 3080 which hopefully can pass on for about £350.

Tbf a numbrt of review benchmarks have the 9070xt beating it without the OC. Where did you sell out of interest? Looking at doing the same but I'd been thinking of CEX for 550ish.

The Bay. Sold within a few hours. Nothing wrong with CEX, but you’ll get max price on the Bay. No selling fees now either.
