Nope.

Fetish: a form of sexual desire in which gratification is strongly linked to a particular object or activity or a part of the body other than the sexual organs.
There are plenty of things for which any given individual may have a fetish, that others think is weird. Many women like men with strong arms. That is technically a fetish.
Many womens' shoes are designed to be revealing and accentuate the foot, in part because feet are a fetish for enough people.

A foot-job may not be to your personal taste or mine, but it's seemingly to that of many others, to the point where it's not even unusual enough to qualify as a kink.
