just had a look at those comparisons, im really surprised Nvidia doesn't toot its horn more. DLSS 2.2 is a significant image quality improvement over 2.1, they should be celebrating
Saving it up for the same day FSR is released

Haven't tested it yet but supposedly it fixes some ghosting issues when using HDR.
Improved too

I think the main ghosting issue was a bug and fixed with a patch not too long after release iirc?

I think they'll be tooting that horn on AMDs FSR release day
Prob have something scheduled for the 21st knowing Nvidia
Is battlefield 2042 going to be a nvidia sponsored title then?
Looks like the guardians of the galaxy might be too or at least it most likely will have dlss in it anyway since avengers added it.
And the persistence with rtx, looks rather nice:

Just a day ahead of the AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution launch, NVIDIA wants to steal the spotlight from its competitors.
Over 57 games will now support NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology, a super-resolution technique that makes use of artificial intelligence boosted by NVIDIA Tensor cores. This technology is now supported by NVIDIA Turing (RTX 20) as well as Ampere series (RTX 30) graphics cards. Today NVIDIA confirmed that other games will receive support for DLSS starting with LEGO Builder’s Journey on June 22nd. The DLSS-supported library will also extend with Doom Eternal on June 29th and Red Dead Redemption 2 at some point in the future.
Earlier this month game studios have enabled NVIDIA DLSS support in RainbowSix Siege (the first game to feature DLSS 2.2), as well as No Man’s Sky and The Persistence. NVIDIA also revealed that on July 1st a survival game Rust will also receive DLSS support.
Not on Steam yet...doom eternal rayvtracing and dlss has been released
Not on Steam yet...
The Doom Eternal RT update is supposed to be out on the 29th June.
And another triple a title getting the full ray traced treatment and should be a fantastic showcase for it

I don't think that is going to be an RTX title? It's going to support GI and reflections even on cards that don't have RT hardware, so a cut down RT implementation again.
Got the impression they will be scaling so older/weaker gpus would still be able to play with decent perf. either way should still be very impressive being massive/snowdrop engine.
