7900 XTX Cyberpunk 2077 Ultra Ray Tracing Preset + FSR Balanced mode.
Nitro. I've run it once before on the 5800X3D but not since then. What model XTX have you got Matt? Have you tried benchmarking Csgo for ***** and giggles. Saw a video where someone got 1000fps with a 4090.
Nitro does seem to be the one to get.Nitro. I've run it once before on the 5800X3D but not since then.

Hopefully we'll see those graphics rather sooner than later.
After a few minutes in the Redwood demo VRAM usage gets to about 12GB.
Cool, so I will be fine but nexus is screwed![]()

Is the demo free, if so, i'll give it a shot as can't see any benchmarks with fps overlay on YouTube.
Lolz XD
To be fair that was at 4K, At 1440P I saw around 9.5GB and at 1080P around 8.5GB.
Yep all free![]()
If games just don't throw everything into vRAM (aka Far Cry 6 where even 8GB vRAM is not enough for 1080p, with high res. texture pack, due to crappy streaming tech), then the cards most likely are balanced quite good.Seems Nexus gets away with 10GB once again
Might give it a go soon. I have only used the Matrix and Superman demos so far.
At least it seems justifiable.

The problem with (at least some) of these vRAM hungry games comes from awful resource management rather than an actual need for that much memory.
Why would you expect better image quality from more vram usage? I’d expect better performance, the graphic quality will be determined by the original assets and whatever settings you use. As for the dig at AMD, cough, Cyberpunk, cough.Indeed. When I see a huge increase in vram usage I want to see a huge increase in image quality. Instead we keep getting crappy AMD sponsored games that don’t even look that good and are boring as hell.

Your point? Cyberpunk is the best looking game on the market. Boring? Maybe. No game is for everyone. Why would you expect better image quality from more vram usage?
