Not as violent as Thatcher,but more frequent.He broke Carra's ankle a couple of years ago with a nasty challenge.

Not having Zenden as dm cover would be a very good thing from what i've seen of him there tbh :)

I agree bolo aint all that, but it still leaves us short of midfield cover if we sell him.

He was just as bad at Middlesbrough, he was crap for 6 months, put in a good 2 months and got their player of the season. He is not a good player though, too slow, bad passing and one of the worst shots in the league (he'll now score a 25 yarder though).

harsh he aint a bad player, but he aint starting 11 liverpool standard and I dont like him in the centre. He cant tackle, just runs into people and hopes for the best.
I would like to see him go TBH, might sound harsh but I think he does more harm than good when rafa tries to "rotate" him in. We could last until january on momo xabi and gerrard and buy annother Didi in jan (not that we could ever replace him).
I wish he didnt go, but it was the only fair thing when a player of that quality is 4th choice for a position, he wants to play towards the end of his career not sit on a bench!
 
Gravensen has been nothing short of horrific for Real Madrid, he has done nothing for them in his time there, granted he has had limited chances, but has never covered himself in glory when he was needed.

Can't say I watch many RM games but I do remember when he was one of the best midfielders in the Premiership.
 
Gravesen's best playing days are probably behind him, but he will still have a lot to offer his next club. I don't think he settled at Real Madrid because there seemed to be rumours all the time that they wanted rid of him.

I think it's very unlikely now we will sign anyone. I'll be glad when all these rumours are put to rest because they really have been ticking me off for a while now. Same old same old. Same old Ferguson. :/

Where you see that? In the echo they are saying that Kewell could be off to Spurs if that could be sorted in time, can't find anything on Zenden

Im at a bit of a loss if Liverpool if they sell Kewell or Zenden. Kewell did start to show some form when he was doing the Scouse Samurai last season and Zenden has been in and out due to injury.

Buy Mark Gonzalez & Jermaine Penant and sell Kewell & Zenden. If anything I would say they are a bit weaker if they did that as Kewell has a decent pedigree in the EPL and has proven ability and skills :confused:

Agreed,he's not gonna get a game ahead of anyone on the flanks with whats available now,so i'd guess that is why Rafa has tried him in the mid to see if he could provide cover there,from what we've seen ,the answer is no.

Does Neill play left or right? moving Warnock down the pecking order for LB would be no bad thing either, if Neill can play there.Warnock scares me almost as much as Traore did

Kewell OR Zenden would be ok,would be a bit daft if they both went tho.
Kewell might have the pedigree,but he's done jack in 3yrs at Anfield,injured or not.Wouldn't mind if he stayed,but wouldn't lose any sleep if he left either
