They have been linked with the biggest sides in Europe, yet they go to a smaller side like West Ham who are unlikely to be pushing for any trophies. It's a great move for West Ham though.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is trying to tie up a beat-the-deadline deal for Japanese teenager Sho Ito.

Japan Under-19 striker Sho Ito has been on trial at Arsenal and Gunners boss Wenger has now applied for a visa and work permit for the 18-year-old.

Wenger said: "I like him, I want to sign him and we are applying for a working visa for him on the basis of exceptional talent.

"Last season we had an exceptional talent visa for a Cameroon international, Alex Song, and this player looks another exciting prospect."

When people will be cheering his name it will sound like Shoooooooto and the player with the ball shoots that is really clever thats one way to get the message to the players

come on fergie, give up on hardcheese and bring our midfielder in.

dont let him play for Wham, and then decide u want him next year and offer to pay 30 million for him!
