Tottenham and Celtic looking to sign Denilson. Whatever happened to him anyway? At one point he was the best player in the world, then he just err...... dunno
 
I actually think C.Cole would be a good buy at £2m. He showed a lot of promise in a Chelsea shirt and has been superb for the U21s.

When you look at the kind of money being paid for strikers, £2m really doesn't get you very much these days.

I think Chelsea want him because he's a 'galactico', a big name signing that will increase interest in chelsea to try to increase the global fanbase
 
Roman and Kenyon by all accounts where as jose likes grafters and players that fit his exact plan.

Looking more like united have held out and got their £10m for Mikel Obi too. Another couple of million going to his old club lyn too.

how wiered on football manager 2006 man utd brought him .. but was only 4mill .... fm2006 knows all
 
United did buy him for about £4m. Lot based on appearances etc i think. Then big rows etc, went AWOL, claimed he was forced into signing and lots of other daft stories. Then suddenly remembered he didnt sign his original contract and sum1 else did or something which was thrown out of court as expected. All efforts by chelsea to get him.

united know they had strong case and said fine you want him you can give us a fee. Word going round for ages conpensation package was all but settled, and united wanted around £10m off chelsea for him and for chelsea to pay Lyn a bit to cover the initial transfer fee. Looks like its nearer being official now its end of season.
