And as for the RvN/Fletcher combination?NokkonWud said:Not at all, you'd have a phenomenal goal-poacher who has endless energy!

Its a shame really, he was an excellent player, and can potentially, still be one.Tony Soprano said:Apparently, he's back in training, his vision isn't 100% though, 1 eye is still a little blurred but I would expect him back for the start of next season. I don't know if this is going to be a good thing though, it may put Ferguson off buying the midfielder the team really needs. And I have no idea whether his heart is still in it anymore.
Oh yea, Chelsea didn't pay £24m for Drogba when he was offered to Pompey for £1.4m the previous season , Chelsea didn't pay £21m on SWP, or £22m on Essien, or £17m on Duff when Souness said himself after he left Blackburn that they would have accepted £12m from another club. I was dreaming?BoomAM said:Obviously not, otherwise they wouldnt have gone running when Tevez was valued at £90m.![]()
Despite what people think, Chelsea arnt stupid, and wont stump up rediculus amounts for a player just because a club thinks they can take them to the cleaners.
Ive got to say that you are by far the most argumentative person ive come across on here.BaZ87 said:...snip...
I haven't been argumentative, i just don't think you like it when either your proven wrong or someone says anything bad about Milan. My previous statement was nothing about Sheva, it was querying your statement that Chelsea spend there money wisely and everyone seems to be brain washed by the english press. You going to need to lighten up a bit and not take offence from a debate.BoomAM said:Ive got to say that you are by far the most argumentative person ive come across on here.
Everyone has moved on from the Sheva discussion and are discussing other things. I suggest you do the same, because you'll be arguing with yourself from here on in on that subject.
lol.BaZ87 said:I haven't been argumentative, i just don't think you like it when either your proven wrong or someone says anything bad about Milan. The press keep linking him with all the top clubs; i wouldnt be suprised if he came to Liverpool in the summer, we need a top striker, have the spanish connection and according to the spanish guy on sky, he is going to leave this summer.lemonkettaz said:If anybody is scouting young forwards.. how come Torres seems to be low key...
Only Newcastle and Arsenal have really said anything about him.... surely Torres should be looked over Tevez
It is. Try it sometime.BaZ87 said:Well i suppose laughing is better that whinging.
I laught quite a lot actually, come to think of it lots of your posts make me laugh (don't worry its a joke, i think we better end it because its much to do about nothing). Anyway......BoomAM said:It is. Try it sometime.
I'd be surprised if Liverpool bothered making a bid tbh, Torres would probably have a £20m price tag on him.
At most they will sign 2 strikers, RM, CM and a LB. That is presuming Hamann, Traore, Nando and Cisse leave. Again as i said a few pages back, it looks like we are going to sign Aurellio (LB) from Valencia on a free and won't spend a great deal on a CM as we have Gerrard, Sissoko and Alonso already. So really only leaves 3 players to spend any real amount of money on.lemonkettaz said:liverpool wont spend that much on one player.. they are already lining up several buys so i doubt they could manage buying torres.
