The RX Vega 64 Owners Thread

So, Vega 64 owners, what monitor have you paired with your card? What are some of the best FreeSync panels to pair with the 64?
I bought an Element Gaming 27" 144hz freesync 1ms 2560 x 1440 monitor recently for £229, it's flipping amazing, i can't say here where from but it's easy to discover.
Probably the best thing, money to satisfaction wise i have ever bought for a pc

I'm still using a 35" VA, super-wide, curved 160hz AOC monitor I picked up massively discounted a few years back (like £300 off). It's only 1080 but I find it fine for gaming on tbh :)

Other than that, an Oculus Rift.

I ask you in return, where can I get a decent price vega water block for a reference card, they are all out of stock, end of life, end of production in my usual places

You can only get full cover waterblocks for reference cards, no one makes any for the others :(

Might be able to use a universal block and ramsinks, but it needs to also cover the HBM2 chips which are only a couple of mm from the GPU itself. It's difficult because the card isn't really the "standard" sort of layout.

Out of interest, what's your amp/speaker combo in your pics?
Looks pretty good...

So I have an odd combo here. Two amps and one DAC. Schiit Audio Modi 2 uber that feeds either my DT990 pros with the Magni 2 uber amping them or I'll run my Micca MB42X bookshelf speakers amped by an SMSL SA50 amp. Either way I never really need to turn up past about 50% gain or so as it's perfect around there. Very crisp, loud, clear, and didn't destroy the bank. Had these for a few years now and still no complaints :)

I have the BenQ XL2730Z I think it is? 1440p 144hz panel it's been flawless for the past 3 years, main reason I ditched my 1070 a d bought a Nitro 64...

I'm eyeing up the 32" HDR version as an upgrade when Zen 2 lands

Hi all, my nitro+ has been running nicely for a week now and just got my ASUS ROG 35 widescreen yesterday which looks fantastic on destiny 2!

So need to start over locking or undercoating. What’s best software to use to check performance now for baseline before tweaking? And what’s the best resource to follow to optimise it as not 100% sure where to start.

Thanks in advance

For undercoat you can never go wrong by spaying with grey if you plan to paint dark colours or white if you plan to paint bright colours (red, orange). :P

Cool. Didn't recognise any of it!
I use a Cambridge Dacmagic Plus and a pair of Rotel monoblocs, into Mission 751 speakers.
The clarity and clout is really quite something!
