The Show Off Your Tattoo Thread

Had this done over a month ago now, meant to post it in here but forgot!

Just been for a touch up today but this was straight after it was done :)

It's a Bhuddist mantra which sums up the whole idea of bhuddism, self fulfillment and just generally being happy, at least that's what I take from it :)

Wanted it since I was about 16/17 but said I wouldn't get it till I was 18 to be sure, booked it when I was 18 but chickened out but finally had it done last month (20 now :))

They seem to have some good reviews and it looks a bit better than your average shop on the high-street. I know it's more about the artists than the shop they sit in but without any feedback from others it's hard to decide where to go!

Booked in 3hrs next month, they reckon it's gonna take 8-10hrs to finish (see rubbish phone pic below) so it's not gonna be cheap, but should be awfully nice like when done :)

Looking very nice, remember and post an update once its coloured in.
 
If you are getting a tattoo because you appreciate the art, why can't you go to a gallery and buy a painting to hang on your wall. Don't get the idea of 'decorating' your body, except for entirely vain reasons.
