Just had my delivery text message.

23rd September at 1pm in Edinburgh.

I drive past the Tesla service centre at newbridge twice a day 5 days a week commuting to work. Theres a few model 3's parked outside. Where your car will probably be PDI'd

Would include driver and luggage? Tesla figures are an empty car?

Definitely the best figure achievable from Tesla but they should have at least included a 75kg driver and yes Bjorn was driver plus camera gear etc.

At least I should be able to confirm a delivered car sans tow hitch, UMC, charge cable etc.

That's 3 Teslas across two driveways just outside my window. They're taunting me!

They do, just not very well, though most franchised dealers do a fairly poor job too. The most substantial thing they both seem to do is install the factory swirl marks in the paint.

Be prepared to check the paintwork and especially any dings and scratches. As you have only 100 miles to report and best to make sure the SC agent is taking photos and creating a report for the SC and arranges a follow-up appointment

Its being delivered to me by our company car people, it was delivered on the 10th to Heathrow however.

Weakening Pound v dollar and new pricing has gone up on Tesla website.

SR+ is up from £37,340 to £38,500 now.

Was going to order one yesterday too. Now another £1,160 deposit required. Not happy!

That will be the company car people. No doubt it will introduce all sorts of issues having a middle man in the way, but there is no other choice.

And could you take this car to the local gargae or would it have to be specialist in electric cars
