It would probably be an improvement for my face and definitely my bank balanceI would quite happily have half my face shaved off for 9 million.
Completely mental that he was ragging a three wheeler around with no helmet, if that's correct. Have to wonder who the hell gave that the green light.
I'm guessing he wasn't wearing a full face helmet, so some of that responsibility is on him.If your workplace disfigured your face, you would expect more than 2 years loss of earnings/salary.
Freddy is obviously happy with it, but I personally wouldn't be.

Only 4.You ain’t on 4.5 million a year though are you...
He took a Morgan out to have a play, no lid and binned it by the sound of it. Here you see the results of face and tarmac I suspect.
i guess i am a boring old fart but top gear was decent when doing serious journalism. i would happily dump all the clowning around. Not surprised I've barely watched an episode since Clarkson et al departed its one thing to try and recreate the stunts but without the basic knowledge of motoring or journalistic background its just a jolly boys outing "hey lets smash this up/do daft stunt here!". Brainless fodder for couch potatoes.
Quite, when TG started employing village idiots then it was doomed to failure..i guess i am a boring old fart but top gear was decent when doing serious journalism. i would happily dump all the clowning around.
there was some good stuff in the later clarkson et al stuff in among the drivel, but the show was at its best in its older iteration in the 90s and before imo.5th gear ended up a much better program... but i guess the viewing figures show i am wrong!.
given 5th gear IS topgear in the original format (complete with some presenters) to be honest BBC should have let it keep the name, but then i guess its all about the money and topgear i suppose had the pull.
Slight disservice to Chris Harris who has been a motoring journalist for probably 20 years.but without the basic knowledge of motoring or journalistic background

Yup, Top Gear at its best tbh..."hey lets smash this up/do daft stunt here!". Brainless fodder for couch potatoes.
it surprises me that there isnt a place on mainstream TV to have this sort of stuff on. i mean i am happy to watch fully charged for instance on youtube, but a lot more folk would be exposed to it on bbc , even if it was only bbc 2. (in truth i am less interested in fully charged for car stuff, but more interested in the renewable energy stuff on that now). All the serious car journalism (and some not so serious) has gone to Youtube now.
Top Gear included:
