Can someone point me in the direction of a guide or just explain to me how I can get Chainfire 3d Installed and working.

dont know if anybody else has noticed but the large icons and text bug in the app drawer on go launcher has been fixed now. Much prefer that to awd launcher :)
 
I'm still trying to get used to android after installing it for a few days and I still can't get used it!

What are the essential apps, I need to try?

Also, what's the best PDF reader in android to read my magazine PDF's?
 
are they actively fixing bugs on cm7 or just going to wait till ics cm9?

my tp spends 80% webOS and only 20% gingy Just for the games on the android market tbh

no, and i dont think there will be a stable beta release for many months imo.

then many months after that for a stable public release.

these guys do it in their spare time, they are not paid to release patches on a regular basis.
 
Just installed CM7 on mine and seems to be working fine so far although not perfect. But it's good enough for now as I haven't touched my pad for 2-3 weeks now since I got back from holiday!

Most troublesome part was getting Novacom to work but fixed that by copying the ACMEInstaller into the Palm folder instead and running the command prompt from there. Just tested Battleheart and loving it.
 
Love it, didnt realise Alpha3 was released! Install was simple and will look forward to having a play around with it.
 
Wireless is completely borked for me. Keeps connecting and immediately disconnecting so it's useless. Back to WebOS.

Edit: Will only connect if security's disabled on the router :/

I read somewhere someone saying change the channel on you're router to below channel 5, longshot?!

The problem happens as soon as I connect with my password. It sees my router, it lets me enter the password and connect then immediately boots me. Tried a fixed IP, different channels and different types of security but it won't connect unless security's completely disabled which I don't want due to Gary Glitter types stealing my airwaves for pedo bear activities :(
