I tried messing with the SS coil on the RBA to get it working in temp mod and wrecked it, so then built a Titanium coil and same issue, would not fire in temp control, it was not recognised by the Coil Master Tab either, but then i decided to push the 510 centre pin in further while the RBA was out of the base and sure enough, as i screwed back on the RBA i could feel it make contact and now the Coil Master registers it and the DNA200 fires it in Temp mode, so if any else has the same issue and reads this, push in the 510 centre pin on the base before attaching the RBA base...
I am finally getting a warm dense vape, 40w pre heat for 1sec, 6.5 punch, 30w and 230c, though not hitting 230c during a 3 sec puff... cant take any longer as theres too much vapour for me as im still getting over the cold and my chest cant take That much vapour, so glad i bought this tank and RBA now, if i had to buy coil heads id have not used it once the free coils were gone, i dont like buying coil heads when ive got a tonne of my own wire to build my own how i like.
Note: wicking the RBA, Fill it good with Cotton... or it Will leak. You have to make sure the juice holes are Well covered over!

Velocity deck for the Aromamizer turned up this morning along with a two-hole band.
Can't wait to get home to try it. Looks beautifully made just like the rest of the tank.
The Aromamizer really shows that you can get beautiful build quality and machining without having to spend tons of money. It really puts other devices - looking at you Cthulhu v2 - to shame.

Was your spare band not a two holer? Mine is but it is dark blue which looks even more out of place than the black 4 holed one that came on it. As I've said before when talking about it, I've been out of the game when it comes to using rebuildables, but the Aromamizer does have a nice solid feel and the threads are smooth.

Please could someone recommend me a cheap starter kit or something? Need to pack up smoking, tried a couple of years ago with a cheap e-cig from the garage and ended up smoking again a month later. This stuff has really come along way in 2 years so maybe I can actually kick the habit this time - thanks!
Very nice A[L]C, very lucky, the VaporFlask is a nice bit of kit (I used to own one and still have a clone) and you can always build a nice single coil on the TFV4 RBA to run on the flask, though the size of the TFV4 will look odd on it lol
There are plenty of Starter Kits and all pretty much the same, basic eGo battery and a Cartomizer, but the Gen 2 stuff is way better, so Id say an Aspire Naultilus Mini tank and an iStick 20 should be cheap enough and a great vape for a beginner... With the tanks adjustable airflow, you can do mouth to lung as you would a cig... and then as you progress and get used to it, you can open in up to start getting straight to lung hits..

Hero! Got one ordered as I'm not sure how long I'm likely to wait for the China shipped decks. Spare decks gives me an excuse to buy the 6ml version too haha

can you take the band off the aromamizer? i'm tempted but it would be too wide with it on.
Yes, all it does is let you block the air holes. It will work fine (but might be too airy) without the band.
@ Rilot I wonder if it is meant to be a two or four hole one as the spare. I've double checked and my spare in the box has two holes. I've not read around too much so don't know if it is you or I that got the strange spare
That's fine, the tracking number from China reads back as invalid so not holding out much hope of seeing that order this week
Three individual strands of kanthal wire twisted together to make one wider surface area wire, I believe this of often done with different gauges of wire.
I'll have to look in my aromamizer box tonight, didn't even know there was a spare band
