Got a Curve Mini 20w over the weekend.... Cutest little thing ever!!!!
No rhyme or reason, beyond simply wanting it.

Surprised at how airy the draw is - I can actually lung-inhale on this little thing, more so than my standard Curve 20w!!
 
Hoping for some help here.

Earlier today I recoiled my dripper which is a Twisted Memesis with dual 26/32g Clapton coils 0.3ohms my usual build but my sigeli 75W at 50W's keeps coming up with High Temperature so I recoiled again and the same problem.

Any have any idea's on what is causing this? I can't seem to see any wire touching places it shouldn't etc.

It makes sense but for roughly 2 months running the same build onwards of 50 watts at times I have never had this problem. Practically 1 draw and I get the warning all of a sudden.
 
Guys, I'm seriously considering buying supplies to start DIY liquids. I have some questions that perhaps some of you experts can help guide me. I don't expect them all to be answered, just whatever you could chip in with.

I vape regularly but I don't vape a lot. Like I only vape at home, rarely when I'm out. So I can make 10ml last 2 or 3 days, sometimes more. Although now that I'm lung hitting more and using lower ohms, (well, only a 4 wrap 1 ohm at the moment on the subtank mini) I guess it's going to drink a bit more. In terms of cost effectiveness compared to buying 10ml bottles of shop liquid for approx £4.50, would I be looking at around half that cost or less by DIYing?

I have a 100ml bottle of 72mg AG based nicotine from vapers emporium which I bought in May last year and was adding 25 to 26 drops (courtesy of j.col helping me at the time) per 10ml of 100% VG to make about 6mg strength unflavoured juice. And I still have a good half a bottle of that nicotine left. On the ejuicemeup calculator, where would I input AG for nicotine base? It only asks for PG or VG %.

When I buy concentrates, which would you recommend out of capella and flavourarts, do I buy direct from them, and how do I know what % of flavour to put in?

Regarding where you buy your general supplies:

Should I continue to buy my VG from Boots? I've been buying their 200ml bottles for £1.30ish, so is it the cheapest way to buy say, a litre?

Where do you get your PG and how much to buy?

Where do you get your syringes and bottles? I've got a couple of 10ml syringes but they're knackered and need replacing, plus I need 1ml syringes and probably 5ml? I don't have bottles, should I get glass dropper bottles in 10 and 30ml sizes?

Am I meant to make distilled water and use it to clean out syringes while mixing so I don't cross contaminate or is that overkill?

Less then $50 too that looks pretty tempting. Can't view video (phones acting up), what chip is it using? Joyetechs own I presume?

Hopefully my obs crius with velocity deck will be here today :D
 
Should be decent then as I hear good things about the vtc mini chip. If that $50 price tag translates well I may even grab a pair, massive battery life, 200w, tc on 3 different wires at an almost disposable price point (£35?). A no brainer really.

The vapor shark 200 is starting to **** me off, it's so light that any tank on it becomes massively top heavy to the point a mild breeze will knock it over :mad: it was on the same desk as my phone last night, phone vibrated, mod fell over.
 
My OBS Crius V3 from Fasttech has just arrived... that was hardly a week since i ordered it, in fact im still waiting for an order from the week Before i ordered it LOL

The Velocity deck is much smaller that the Aromamizer...

100ml of home-brew will set you back anywhere between £4-10, depending on the concentrates you use and how strong you want it. I only vape 1mg now so it's peanuts and my Nic base lasts me ages!

The majority of FlavourArt's concentrates are all brilliant, I've probably got near enough 100 of them. Capella on the other hand, I tend to stick with their fruit ones. Whatever you do, do NOT get their Glazed Doughnut - it smells & tastes like Playdough.

With regards to your Nic base, depending on how it's been stored, I'd probably pick up a new bottle. The best way to store it is in an amber glass bottle and then put in the freezer. I store mine in a mini-fridge I have in my room in an amber glass bottle.

Darkstar Vapour & Pirates Vape are my two go-to sellers.

VG I get from eBay - there's a seller called Lubrisolve. IIRC it's about £7 for a litre. PG is from Classikool (eBay), again about £7-9 for a litre.

I'd fully recommend mixing by weight as opposed to ml's. It's SO much easier and you have literally nothing to clean up afterwards.

since my aspire nautilus keeps leaking my precious juice I've decided to try something else.
I just ordered a Uwell Crown RTA , Coil Master V3 Coiling Kit Jig, Koh Gen Do organic cotton and SS317L RDA Coil (26AWG)

I have a iStick 40W , the plan is to vape at ~35W with ~0.5ohm coils.
I'm I on the right path u think? I wasn't sure about the wire but from what Ive been reading the SS317L (26AWG) should be good
 
Need some help with my DIY Flavour : (

Bought x6 Concentrates from Vapable all 10ml

Blackcurrent Berry Juice and Skittles ive made so far. All using 80VG/20PG @3mg Nic. 14% concentrate.

And ermmm crap, very very very harsh on the throat its like smoking raw nicotine.

All my Supplies are from Vapable so the nicatine is 75mg/l.

This is the basic recipe I followed is;

Once mixed in 30ml bottles I use a syringe to mix and leave the cap off for 24hrs then store for 3 days and its terrible. So strong and un vapable.

When I buy other DIY juice I can vape it the same day and its perfect. Where am I going wrong?

Been told possibly use the measurements without nic and see if its that, or dilute my nic with distilled water? Also been told to shake the nic which I did not do.

Please help ha!!!!
 
Try a 0nic mix to rule out the nic base to start with

So far I've tried Nic base from Chefs Vapour and FlavourArt and both a harsh to me if I mix @ 3mg. Mixing at 1.5mg is fine though. I know my measurements are spot on as I do it by weight rather than volume as well. The next one to try is DarkStar as its what a couple of our local juice makers use

For anyone wondering if the velocity deck in the OBS CRIUS is any better than the original two post design... ive managed to squeeze two dual Twisted 26awg TI coils, 2.5mm inner dia... not problem at all...

A Uwell Crown from a Nautilus is a Big jump... and unless you ordered the RBA with the tank, the wire will be no use as the tank is primarily for coil head, 2 usually included with the tank.

The Uwell Crown is a damn good flavour tank, but with the RBA, you need to wick it right or it will leak...

35w with the stock .5ohm SS coils is a bit weak, they shine over 40w and much more, ive hit them at 90W in power mode and 55w in TC...
