Eh?

The director on the talking dead said that the zombie dragged Loris body around the corner?

He also confirms that the bloated walker ate Lori, after dragging her carcass around the corner. Nicotero says the hair in the walker’s mouth was Lori’s, which is a disgusting touch I missed the first time.

Stupid that though....

Regarding the bullet:

He mentions the bullet that Rick found on the floor that killed Lori, and says actor Andrew Lincoln carries that bullet in his shirt pocket every day he’s on set.

If what you said about Carl just shooting the ground is true, then I am thoroughly disappointed in that as:

1. the build up to it and afterwards was superb and it really did give the impression that he did finish her of and if the above is true then it just seems like a complete waste IMO
2. it is suppose to mentally impact both Rick and Carl from that stage onwards, Rick knowing that it was his own son that finished of Lori and Carl having to deal with what he did and how it would affect their "father-son" relationship

LOL! :D

This series is excellent and deviates enough from the comic to be fresh, but uses the source material enough to remain faithful (and a good story!)

also considering getting the comics too! :D

Will try to get a digital version for my one S (android) and use the comic rack app to read them.

I agree with Nexus18, Rick finding Lorrie was really badly handled. Why would the zombie drag the body away, and did Carl really not headshot her? That means she should have turned into a zombie too, since I don't see how that one zombie could have destroyed her brain, especially since she was dead, so it should have lost interest soon. And Rick's reaction was more powerful when he "knew" Carl had to headshot her. It was supposed to be a defining moment for the character. And not showing any of her remains was confusing.

Rick is turning into a total badass, loved how he went storming off into the prison on a rampage!

Excellent acting!

That's the kind of reaction you need to see and it shows how guilty he feels.

If Carl didn't shoot Lori, I don't like him again :)

Comic spoilers always go in tags, it's pretty easy to remember. I'd hate to refrain from discussing them with other readers when they link with the show.

As for those who haven't read it, I think you're missing out, badly, it best not be because you think comics are 'geeky/nerdy' or whatever. Comics are the modern medium for adaptations now, and just like books, they are often far better than the adaptations.

Season 3 turning out quite epic and following the comics more than the other seasons!

If you haven't read them and like the series, do it. They are so much better!
