US: The Walking Dead Season 3 (contains spoilers)

I was actually serious lol :p

The prisoner Andrew..... :p that tries to kill Rick when he goes to turn of the backup generator.

Remember in episode 2, Rick kills the gang leader (Tomas iirc) and Andrew runs into a yard full of walkers and Rick says "you better start running" and just closes the door on him and we all thought he died (even though there were sounds, which suggested he was being ripped apart), well he must have escaped and yup, pretty sure that was him watching Carol from the bushes :)

You're assuming this is the case? I agree it does seem to be the likeliest scenario but then when did that mean anything when it comes to TWD ;)

Andrew Lincoln knocked it out of the park at the end there, really went beyond acting, made me think maybe he was channelling something personal at the time. Fantastic.

10/10. First time the TV series has came close to being like the comic. Brilliant :D

+1 that was more than acting, really good.

best episode so far, and easily one of the best 20 minutes of tv from 2012.

Not just British.

Fringe - Olivia and Walter both Australian

Um, that's me out :D

Peter is Canadian.

House was British and his sidekick doctor Chase who is now a lead man on Chicago Fire comes from Australia.

I don't think it really matters where the actors come from as long as they're good and the plot is good.

Obviously for me as a non-American I don't realise these people are putting on accents, I've always wondered if the Americans can tell they aren't really american. Then again there's so many different accents in America it's probably hard for them to tell anyway.

She was shot by one of the Governor's men (a woman actually I think), and crushed the baby as she fell.

Pretty dramatic event, that helped turn the Governor's forces against him.

Naa the gunshot blew a hole though Lori's guts and the baby she was carrying in her arms.

When Hugh Laurie sent in a casting video for House the director who saw it did think he was American.

Seems they are changing the story quite a bit then?

The story has been altered quite a bit mostly cutting out the controversial bits, not sure how they are gonna handle a few things that happen between Michonne and the Governor as they are pretty sick in the comic.

Lori wasn't a good person. She wasn't nice in the comics but I felt less for her in the TV series as she manipulated Rick a lot of the time.

The crunch I felt was more sympathy for Rick than anything, he loved her in both versions and it's going to crush him.

future spoiler, comic readers only...

Following up one previous mention of the Govs daughter, ep4 showed the pic of his family and while talking to Andrea he only mentioned his wife dying and being him and his daughter, so I'm guessing she's going to make an appearance at some point. And with the doc going on about passifying the zombies in Ep3 I wonder if there will be something about him trying that on his daughter?

Anyway, back to past episodes, I wonder if Andrea is going to become less annoying, I quite like her in the comics later on. After having her backside saved so many times by Michonne you think she'd listen to her and haul booty out of Woodbury!!
