Oooh then perhaps me and you could meet up and travel in either yours or my car as I'm travelling down from Worksop, so you'll be pretty much passing me anyway and obviously go 50/50 on the fuel.

I'm more than happy to drive if you don't fancy it.

Fantastic! My driving style is slightly fast and i suffer badly from road rage and my best friend recently said id hate London haha. So, id come to you, go halfs from there?

Yeah sounds good.
I'm more of a 'set the cruise control at 80' type of driver so we'll be fine and I've never had road rage. :D

We could meet up at Woodhall services on the M1 and leave your car there if that sounds ok?
I'll also look for somewhere to park on the outskirts and then just tube it in from there.

Whack me a message in trust when ya ready fella and I'll ping you my mobile number and email address.

Lol, sounds like you would fit right in with other London drivers tbh !

I am very much looking forward to shooting street at night. Last time I used the 85 but this time it will be the 35. Enjoyed it immensely at the last meet!

I'm up for a wander/shoot with some new people. Haven't used the camera in a while, would be nice to have some motivation/tips/practice! Not too bad getting there and back on the train either.

I'm category C, however. I have some Open Uni work due in on the 4th, may need to spend the weekend at home!

Well hopefully now I'm driving I'll be able to stay longer this time and not have to rush back for the train, as I'd loved to have stayed got some night stuff myself.

An all nighter, maybe?

Just throwing it out there! Imagine what the streets would be like at 4am

Im genuinely looking forward to this now :D I cant wait!! Get me added to the list on page one please :)

& ManCuBuS speed is not a problem to me i like speed :D and as for the fitting in with London drivers, id fit in but also hurt people lol.

EDIT: How do i send a trust message? I never remember lol trying to figure this out..

Ooooh, if James is up for it I'll stay as long as my legs will carry my considerable frame....

All we need to do now is:

> sort out a meeting point & time.
> decide the route for the day
> and most importantly where are we going to eat?

Clown, suggestions?

Not what gear to fetch either....A77 or D7000? hmmmm.

I can think about stuff for food. Off the top of my head:
Dim T (again), More London Place
Nandos, London Bridge riverside
Pizza Express, London Bridge riverside
Bunch of places on Southbank.
Oxo Tower?
That place opposite St Paul's?

Maybe something in Covent Garden? Bryan should be able to help me here. Just don't make me sit in a booth ;)

Depends where we're going I guess. The skyscraper restaurants will be a bit pricey for us I think.

I have no idea what kit I'll bring yet. Will probably leave the 100-400 at home though unless someone is really interested in trying one out, due to the extra weight that I don't really want to be carrying around London all day.

I'll make sure to come in on the tube line near me. Will mean I can leave at about 10/11 happily.

Also, no idea what's its like, but has anyone tried meat market in Covent garden, it's more takeaway than sit in I think but could be interesting food (same people who do meat liquor)

Something like Maxwells would cater for most budgets, no need to go all high end, just something reasonable at a decent cost. Most places in Covent Garden are stupid tourist traps anyway.

Meat Market is just another overpriced burger chain, just like Five Guys down the road and Ed's. At least the shakes at Ed's are nice.
