I totally Agree with you Orange Peel! there is deffo something about Nicolo, granted he isnt the best singer but he isnt the worst! Last night I think Katie and that Wagner, Vagner, wan*** whatever his name is should have left!!!!

It's racially charged as far as I'm concerned. Check his post history, in the speaker's corner he makes specific reference to 'ragheads' and 'greedy arabs'. I therefore stand by my original post.

I didn't particuarly like either of the acts which left so I'm happy with the result.
Nicolo seemed like a bit of a twonk to be honest and his lady gaga performance was awful.
F.Y.D didn't deserve to be in the bottom 3 but their last performance was worse than Katie's so I'm glad the judges made the right decision and didn't pussy out and take the viewers choice.
I don't know why Louis puts joke acts through - Wagner / Jedward before, it just devalues the competition imo, people will always vote for them because they are "entertaining" whilst they don't really have any talent.

Whilst I agree that the first to go should be the criminals or those that dont want to work, the facts cannot be denied that she still claimed £16,000 in benefits that she wasnt technically entitled to. You could call that fraud, which would be committing a crime and thus should be kicked out by your criteria.
I just dont think we can start defining illegal immigrants on a case by case basis like that, it would take forever to deal with the large numbers of them. Put simply, an illegal immigrant is illegal and so should be deported, there are correct procedures and avenues that are required in order to be a legal immigrant and thats the route that should be followed by everyone regardless of their morals, their ethics or their ability to sing. For me its got nothing to do with hate, though given that these days you can barely say a thing without some liberal claiming you hate <insert whatever>, its not surprising that its viewed that way.. for me its simply got to do with following the right protocols and procedures and that being applied to all who wish to stay permanently.

But if her mum has gainful employment would it not be worth making her work off her debt? Purely as a cost/benefit exercise deporting her is going to cost vast sums more than simply demanding she repay the claimed cash. Also it's not clear cut case either she didn't come over on the back of a lorry.
So, you are suggesting that because her daughter has appeared on xfactor, she should be given special dispensation to be an "over stayer" and not be deported, even though she has broken the law with regards to benefit fraud?
You are aware that large sections of this country read the Daily Mail and are intolerably stupid?
Gainful employment or not, the fact is that she is still here illegally. No she didnt come over on the back of a lorry but the method of entry is hardly the point is it, the point is that there are correct legal channels for immigration, nobody...nobody at all should be able to simply ignore those channels whilst others have to follow them. I'm not saying she cant be here, I'm simply saying that she should be deported and made to follow the correct procedures to acquire legitimate immigration to the UK. You say its not clear cut, but in fact it is indeed extremely clear cut... Is she here legally? No. There..cant really get much more clear cut than that.
Having said that, I now fully expect the politicians , eager to score some PR brownie points will bow to the media pressure and allow her to stay.
I would be very annoyed if they allowed her to stay if they let her stay they have to do the same with the others, no one would have known about this girl if it wasn't for the X-Factor so does this give her the right to have special treatment over anyone else.
