** THERMAL GRIZZLY - CHAMPIONSHIP THERMAL PASTE **

Hey Guys, I want to get a AIO and some Grizzly.

can someone suggest which one to get for my needs? there is a few versions but unsure of which one to go for

also can this be applied to my GPU? could be tempted to see if this helps lower down my cards temp as it reaches 92C!

thanks

Hydronaut would be my recommendation, and yes, it can be used on your GPU.

What card do have that hits 92c?

Yeh, had a look at that, that's the way I'll be doing mine from now on.

I did the blob in the middle many many years ago but I haven't re done any thermal paste in years due to my current GPU being brought second hand and cooler already applied etc.

ill be using the X method from now on too, was a interesting read

Got some of this last night for the Phantek 14 to sit on the 4790k

Seems to spread rather thick, so much so I removed it to make sure and applied again, tried to get the thinnest application possible and it still seems a little thick. Temps are ok, guess I was just used to AS5 being a little thinner when applying it.

Every time i have seen this applied in pics or videos its seems very thick but that seems a big waste of paste since its not cheap.
I dont know what happened to overclockers they were suppose to make a video for applying this paste.
