I’ve found slightly heavy deadlifts with good form worked wonders for my back when I did mine, but the internet seems split on if working a disk like that is helpful or harmful.
I'm assuming gradually increasing the workload is the way. Test it put and build strength and flexibility.
I'm just drilling for a few weeks to test it out, and hopefully get my confidence hack, before sparring.
