Which means summary conviction of any man accused by any woman, obviously. No trial. No investigation at all. Any investigation means not taking the accusation at face value, i.e. any investigation goes directly against the whole point of the ideology which is, as you say, crystal clear.
How would you deal with two women contradicting each other? You can't rely on simple sexism (woman good, man bad) to decide who is telling the truth and who is lying. So what would you do?

I'd determine guilt by butch levels. If one or both aren't butch and fairly attractive and bi, I'd judge based more on the one who is likelier to date me if I side with them. Just tellin it like it is.

if you watch this kind of click bait (these memes of pictures of expressions on her face are tiring) ... you can see why Depp who has a better acting pedigree can effectively defend himself, did the prosecution actually try and utilise his occupation as a justification to question credibility of what he said.
( ... an actor on the stand has to be a special situation - have other actors been televised on the stand )
Ronaldo (case came up again last weeks) perhaps didn't feel confident is his credibility as a defendant when he payed off his accuser
what's new - many of domestic abuse cases do come down to he says, she says and the credibility of both reports in the eyes of the jury.

It is largely he said/she said when it comes to most DV cases, and credibility goes a long way. AH has none. So even if it did happen no one is going to believe her now.

No surprised there @wolfie138, she claims it to be evidence of abuse, and while the binder could never be submitted on hearsay grounds, they could have called the therapist to the stand and had them testify under oath where the hearsay rule wouldn't apply.
They of course didn't do that. AH is just digging herself a deeper hole, it's either going to end in her complete humiliation or in serious trouble.

You'd think so after the verdict but AH is still beating that dead horse.
Dr Curry hit the nail on the head w/ her assessment. Turd just won't stop flapping her gums until she's in jail for contempt, perjury and/or anything else they get her for. she just HAS to have the final word and each time she tries she does more damage to herself than Johnny's team ever could. she's back to baiting him again, trying to get him to do an interview. the fact she's blabbing all this ridiculous nonsense and he's just ignoring her is absolutely killing her.
