its MUCH better than the original imo, best fps of last year, beats the hell out of bf1! more people should buy this great game and give it a go

I don't know how good Gamesager is but playing Amped hardpoint with such a small playerbase you learn who the really good players are. However most people are far less proficient. I have found with the movement system, tactical abilities and map knowledge that experience helps massively. So the more you play, the better you'll get.

Softball ain't a bad weapon.

Film grain was added in the latest patch. I rarely noticed it but I'm glad I can turn it off. Softball makes me so mad when I get killed by it plus I could never use it.

Cheers. OMG Just found out that Gamesager plays with an Xbox controller, yet plays on PC I did not think I would see an xbox controller beating mouse and keyboard in a FPS. Just shows how paramount the movement is. Then again his aim is immaculate too. Oh I give up.

I had best keep my gaming as casual as I can.

I am fairly sure he mostly plays on xbox. A lot of the names have spaces in that aren't allowed on origin. Plus console has mad levels of aim assist/auto aim to help with controllers.

Did run into the first legit aimbot today. It was super obvious too as he was tracking through walls etc.

Yeah he plays on Xbox which have huge hitboxes.

Yeah Gamesager is an Xbox player. He used to be a good Halo player, then Destiny player before moving to Titanfall.

Would I be disappointed paying £21.99 for this only for the SP campaign? Reports are it's about 5 hours long?

I have no interest in competitive online gaming these days.

Absolutely not, for me at least, it's the best FPS campaign since half life 2. I thought it was incredible

It is quite short, as are most multiplayer focused fps's. But it's brilliant. And I know you said your not interested in the online, but it really is very good

Started single player yesterday i am guessing if its short i am probably halfway through or a bit over maybe. How much further?

Just finished the mission where i had to get on a big dish and activate it so i could get reinforcements, which then i had a boss fight in the poison desert bit.

The single player is great especially compared to other MP focused FPS games. I also played DOOM recently which I thought was way better than the campaign.

I've had no difficulties until the early hours of the morning. Evenings there are plenty of people about and there is the new matchmaking which helps a bunch

Well, it's £19.99 direct from Origin right now so I caved and bought it.

£4 per hour if the campaign is only 5 hours isn't terrible I guess. Better value than watching 2 films in the cinema.

Yep, did the same thanks to you highlighting the price.
Concentrating on single player, gamestreaming on nvidia shield, I'm loving it. Just seems to be pitched at the right level to make it accessible to all levels of player. Probably first shooter since cod modern warfare and original gears of war on Xbox 360 that I've enjoyed this much.
