You mean that institution driving an agenda? There’s an interesting journalistic comparison between the US and Swiss (which the US based it’s amendments on the duty and right to bear arms on). Seems that the agenda removes the duty in favour or right.. which is being corrupted once again.

Swiss gun law requires everyone to attend a gun club tat they must shoot at each year, own a gun. and the government gives out free ammo.

Edit: I'm watching the NBC stream and someone on the schoolboard mentioned it was "despicable that it could happen in our community". The US does school shootings for sport at this point. Why would they think their community is safe.

When war comes.. it will be funny to see the NRA having to step the fine line between “everybody sold a gun as it’s their right to protect freedom” and the reality of being a large pool of gun-toting conscripts with dead Americans in war far off lands to protect that freedom.

99% of people with a gun in their hand, will either be totally useless and freeze up on the spot in a high-pressure life threatening situation, or make the completely wrong call and become a liability.

This idea that arming all untrained, inexperienced civilians with firearms will somehow help prevent crime, is total nonsense.

How can you say this then look at the reality of America and the fact they are robbing their citizens just like they rob us here.

Yes but its not about reality, its about perception. Americans think they live in the best country in the world in every way and they think they are John Wick despite being 350lbs and having the reactions of a sloth after thanksgiving.

Hitler was the first leader to disarm citizens.

At that time having a firearm in the UK was legal, and many people had them.

If every shop keeper were armed then if you were contemplating robbing the store you'd know there is a chance you might die, then you might think it's not worth it.

Innocent people are sitting ducks.

Criminals will always have guns. That is the reality. So if we accept that reality then we have to come up with a solution. At the moment everyone is for banning things (that they don't use) and nobody tries to solve the problem. They just accept being victims.
