Tomb Raider I - III remaster

I'll play a bit with mouse and keyboard, but I have a new controller ocming in the mail for review so will probably kick back and finish the games off using that once it's here. Be nice to have haptic feedback etc.

No judder here either. Maybe it's the GFX driver John was using in the DF video, I'm on the hotfix driver, and anyone on the latest game ready should also see no juddering due to the vsync/judder fix implemented.

Meh, what's wrong with what we have?

Probably want some Steam Deck verification and all the modern bells and whistles with Steam achievements and trading cards (woo).

Ok. I see some turnip above didn't seem that interested.

No I am interested, how is this looking in terms of SD compatibility?

How do you quit out of the bloody game? Only way I can exit is to Alt-F4, what am I missing?

Also, I'm reasonably placated (though have yet to 'measure') that in this crying age of wokedom, they haven't reduced the titty size of Lara. That's got to be good thing no? Hasn't it? Has not it? I'm guessing no reviewers have even gone there?....

Yes it's old school menus if in game then ESC > Game > Tap right to go to exit to main menu. Then in main menu go to Game > Exit Game.

As for Lara's baps, they even added jiggle physics :D

Edit*
For anyone interested in seeing how it looks/runs in ultrawide, here's a 20min 5160x2160 video. It's still processing, youtube says 3 hours to process lmao:

I'm impressed with the lack of any jaggies at all, even at native res. Whatever AA they are using is doing well. Super clean and crisp lines.

So, I like the modern controls, however...

Doing backflups, side jumps, etc, doesn't seem to be possible, so back to the ye olde style tank controls.

I suppose that's the way it really should be played from a 'original experience ' perspective.

I seem to be able to control the camera with the right analogue stick on SD.

Also, FFS, the menu when loading/saving... Loading menu first always geta me into trouble, they look the same. So I go to save, see the slot inwant to overwrite, select instinctively, it loads up the bit I was at 30 mins ago. Raaaaaaggggggeeeeeee!

So it's at least faithful to my memories of when I last played all that time ago in the 90s.
