Yeah I got caught out by the loading/save screens quirk which is in the video luckily it was only like 5 mins of progression I'd lost

I think the original PC version had a toggle to go from 240p to probably 480p ? Looked very high resolution then but frame rate hit was toughLove to see a game(s) like this remastered.

Looked good on the 3dfx voodoo when that came out though. I do wonder how TR1 remaster compares to the TR Anniversary game from 2007

For some reason this makes me think of 'Dead or Alive: Beach Volleyball'Yes it's old school menus if in game then ESC > Game > Tap right to go to exit to main menu. Then in main menu go to Game > Exit Game.
As for Lara's baps, they even added jiggle physics
In TRII the pause menu with the new graphics could do with having it's old wavey red background instead of a black background, I've not checked TRI or TRIII but I amuse they are the same. Hopefully there is still a little post release patch work being done on some small things. It seems Aspyr employed quite a few individuals who have worked on fan projects over the years so I'd imagine there is a desire to give it a little more polish. The Open Lara dev was involved.

KB tank controls. You can't jump sideways or backwards using modern controls. No controller yet but tank controls would be the same as KB on a controller anyway.

I'm using a 7900XT no judder, stuttering or anything like that. Just super smoother locked at 360fps
Friend of mine refunded it. Said the controls on controller were all wrong and it played terriblewas hoping for greatness but seems not
Did your friend play the originals? I'm using tank controls with an Xbox pad. Plays great imo, just how I remember it except with the added bonus of looking around with the right analogue stick

I've bought this already but away from home until Sunday. Is the music the PS1 score for TR1?
I'm intrigued to see if modern games has ruined my ability to play older games after watching that video..Dunno if that is just a troll video but have you tried using walk?

I definately took me a few minutes to reacquaint myself with the controls. I just went to Lara's house and tell you everything you need to know.
Modern games have definately things much easier almost to the point where you don't get the same feeling of accomplishment
