Milton Keynes has a high percentage of roundabouts, almost 98% of all of them in the UK but not that one.

If you can still get to your family on the other side how are they 'controlling our freedoms'?
This isn't Berlin in the 60's where you ccouldn't go to see family on the other side of the wall.

I suspect if these 15 min zones turn out to be a nuisance they will be scrapped. They are an experiment.
